This 26" women's cruiser bicycle by Nirve(r) is a retro-inspired edition by legendary clothing designer Paul Frank. It is constructed around a high-tensile steel frame, and it features his Skurvy character, a comfortable double-spring saddle, and full fenders. Stopping power is provided by a rear coaster brake and front hand brake. It's perfect for cruising down the boardwalk.
